Stretch & restore class

 
 
 
 

Stretch and restore class takes place online on Thursdays at 7pm GMT, this session includes movements such as the cat and cow, thread the needle and the child pose. Boxercise strike tutorial

 
 
 

Boxercise is a great fun class which uses the training concepts which boxers use to keep fit. During these sessions you will learn the 8 most common strikes, how to put them together and how to move like a boxer. Our Tuesday evening and Saturday morning classes certainly pack a punch and include lots of cardiovascular work.

Trigger Point Pilates™ Class

 
 
 

Trigger Point Pilate’s class will help you to balance your busy lifestyles. The class is taught laying on exercise mats and uses a foam roller, prickle balls and a larger Pilate’s ball to provide self applied massage and Myofascial release.
